Service Description:

Provides one-to-one Volunteer Palliative support to anyone who has a life limiting illness- Support can be received in all care settings, including individuals homes, hospitals, LTC. etc
- Volunteers can provide support with shopping, attending appointments, outings in the community, social interaction, compassionate listening, advocacy, relief for caregivers and bedside support
