Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Ontario adults who are Deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing, aged 18 and older, who are employed or unemployed and receive income support, and who have reading, writing, and math skills below the Grade 12 level
- Must have facility in English or in American Sign Language (ASL)
