Service Description: Governed by an elected council of 13 members: the Mayor, 5 Councillors-at-Large and 7 Ward Councillors, municipal elections are held every 4 years

Offers a multi-purpose facility for all youth with activities including the following:
  • games
  • crafts
  • video games
  • computer access
  • sports
Drop in programming available at Kinsmen Youth Centre, Minnesota Park, Our Lady of Charity School and the Canada Games Complex
