Service Description:

Operates 3 long-term care home as well as providing support services for seniors and individuals with specific needs that require assistance to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible

Provides supervised activities in a group setting for adults with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia as well as for frail and elderly individuals

Prevents premature and inappropriate institutionalization

Provides respite and support for caregivers
