Provides a multi-site, multi-function health care system serving the residents of the Rainy River District
Operates a long term care facility offering a variety of programs, services and amenities Coordinates and delivers the following programs and services to residents which may vary between long-term care homes:- Community special events
- Facility tours
- Guest speakers
- Intergenerational programs
- Memorial services
- Pet visitation and therapy
- Volunteer appreciation events
- Voting day polling station
Provides residents with 24-hour nursing care and supervision and a 24-hour on-call physician as well as various services that may include:- Care conferences
- Exercise and weight training
- Foot care
- Hairdressing and barber services
- Laundry services
- Meals
- Medication administration
- Palliative care (end-of-life care)
- Physician visits
- Physiotherapy
- Social work services and family services coordinator
- Spiritual programs and pastoral care
- Various recreational programs and social events
Offers the following amenities but may vary slightly:- Air conditioning

Must be 18 years of age and older Must have a valid Ontario Health (OHIP) Card Have health care needs that cannot be met with any combination of caregiving, care in the home or care in the community and Have health care needs that can be met in a long term care home
